MicroMarathon

I cannot live without running. It really relieves stress and pressure. You cannot know this feeling without actually trying it.

Today I decided to create a page MicroMarathon and an Event - MicroMarathon One to keep my self motivation using social media.

I will not talk from scientific point of view. I will just say my personal experience. I like running for long distances to calm down the stress I fell. This is a good way of doing it.

How it all started ...

I started running as a sport on mid 1998. It was very hard. I ran very small distances and I hardly completed them.

Running for me was like doing chores. But I still did it. I really didn't realize its benefits and how it can help me.
